Anne Schoen is a skilled designer with extensive experience in service design, specializing in social and health care systems. Currently serving as a Service Design Associate at Innovation Unit since March 2024 and as a Senior Service and Interaction Designer at THINGS since May 2023, Anne actively contributes to sustainable urban mobility initiatives in the EU. Previous positions include Senior Service Designer at the British Red Cross, focusing on user-centered experiences for migrants, and Service Designer at FutureGov NOW TPXimpact. Anne's early career includes internships in various design roles and research positions, underpinned by a robust educational background with a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
