Daniel G.

Daniel G. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Daniel started their career as a Computer Consultant at The Computer Guy in 2001, where they focused on investigating and addressing information system issues to improve usability and functionality. Daniel also improved and rebuilt computer systems, resulting in increased business end-user efficiency.

In 2005, Daniel joined Digital Hands as a SOC Operations Manager. In this role, they supported the 2nd largest hotel chain in the world and performed daily SLO/KPI reviews. Daniel also hired and recruited highly talented individuals, resulting in increased team efficiency. Daniel oversaw the training and performance of 16 employees and effectively communicated with various departments. Daniel'sactive listening, open-ended questioning, and appropriate response skills were instrumental in collaborating with Network Security Administrators and DevOps.

After leaving Digital Hands, Daniel worked at Home in 2022 as an unemployed individual. Finally, they joined Think Anew later in the year as an Engineer I.

Daniel G. began their education in 1988 at CCAF, where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science until 1990. Daniel then attended Hillsborough Community College from 1991 to 1995, earning an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. During this time, Daniel G. also pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of South Florida from 1993 to 1995.
