Simon Lucey is a seasoned professional in sustainability and social impact within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Director of Growth at Think Beyond and an Advisor at Toucan Content, Simon focuses on creating positive marketing campaigns that benefit students. Previously, Simon was the Managing Director and Founder of Hype Collective, a youth marketing agency that collaborated with over 4,000 young individuals, and co-founded The Family, supporting agency founders in business development. With a background that includes a role as Senior Consultant at Champions Life Academy and experience as the Head of Consumer at BigChoice Group, Simon has consistently worked towards empowering youth through innovative marketing strategies. Simon earned a 2.1 BA in Politics and Philosophy from Cardiff University.
