Donna See

Donna See is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. As CEO of Xora Innovation from 2019 to 2023, Donna led investments in disruptive deep tech ventures, focusing on accelerating market access for Seed and Series A stage companies. Previously, as Chief Business Officer and Advisor at TARA Biosystems, Donna contributed to commercial operations for a venture-backed organ-on-a-chip company. Donna also held the position of Chief Business Officer at Allied-Bristol Life Sciences, overseeing a $110 million joint venture and investment across therapeutic areas. With a background as Co-Founder of Vixen Pharmaceuticals, Director of Columbia Technology Ventures, and various roles at Columbia University, Donna has demonstrated expertise in technology commercialization and entrepreneurial leadership. Donna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MPH from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a BA in Natural Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
