Caledonia has a tremendous reputation for recruiting only the very best, highly trained, dedicated and hard-working staff and have maintained this for the past 20 years.

We pride ourselves in being a fantastic organisation to work for. Investors in People have completed a case study, showcasing the tremendous work that we do and awarded our organisation with a Gold standard award. We are extremely proud of this achievement but, of course, our strength comes from our amazing staff, who we value very highly and train in house.

We are active members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and specialize in the recruitment of

- Nurses
- Care Assistants
- Support Workers
- Domiciliary Care Workers
