At Think Fire Defence, we help property managers, landlords, and building owners stay compliant, confident, and prepared for the future of fire safety.

Specialising in passive fire protection, we deliver end-to-end solutions — from detailed fire door and compartmentation surveys to remedial works, installations, and compliance documentation. Our team ensures every building we work with meets current legislation, aligns with evolving industry standards, and most importantly, protects the lives of those inside.

As the regulatory landscape changes under the Building Safety Act, Developer’s Pledge, and Defective Premises Act, we provide clarity and practical support to help our clients stay ahead. Our evidence-based reports and expert guidance give property professionals the tools they need to manage risk, recover costs, and achieve long-term compliance.

We combine technical excellence with modern innovation — including a digital client portal that offers full visibility over projects, documentation, and remedial actions. In 2025, we’re expanding our capabilities further with in-house fire door manufacturing, ensuring faster delivery, tighter quality control, and more cost-effective solutions.

At Think Fire Defence, we don’t just meet regulations — we set new standards for transparency, quality, and trust in fire safety.

Protect. Prevent. Comply.
