Strategy before AI.

Think FRST is a future foresight and strategic AI partner built for leaders.

We do not teach AI. We build tools that turn leaders into AI-first users.

WHY WE EXIST

Most AI training does not survive Monday morning. Workshops happen. Certificates print. Then nothing changes.
We started Think FRST to change that.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
→ Organisations need to reinvent themselves in light of future trends, signals, and wild cards.
→ Your organisational strategy comes first. AI follows.
→ AI adoption is a behaviour problem, not a technology problem.
→ Frameworks last. Tools change every 6 months.
→ Senior leaders do not fear AI. They fear getting it wrong.
→ Confidence comes from practice, not watching.

WHAT WE BUILD
Custom AI tools, frameworks, and rituals that survive Monday morning.
→ Future Foresight and Strategy Workshops
→ Strategic AI workshops. Hands-on. Tool-led. For senior executives.
→ Custom AI tools designed for your role.
→ Frameworks. CO-STAR for prompting. SCQA for memos. Premortem for decisions. 7 Levels of Delegation. Atomic Habits.
→ The 30-day AI learning journey. A follow-up rail that makes adoption stick.

WHO WE WORK WITH
Senior leaders in Digital, Telecom, Energy, Banking, Financial Services, and large enterprises. Where AI adoption matters most. Where the stakes are highest.
We help senior leaders answer the AI question before the next board cycle.
