After 23 years in technology, Charles Elliott dreamed up Think IT Ai hiking down an icy Grand Canyon on a Christmas day in 2016. He envisioned the best technology solutions and services affordable to every business large or small. Especially small businesses, which hold a special place in his heart, since his parents raised him while running their small business.

 Think IT Ai officially opened in April 2017, a short four months after hiking out of the Grand Canyon. Today, the passion Charles has is shared by everyone at the Think IT Ai family. We are all eternally grateful for every customer’s business we have the pleasure to learn about and get to help grow.
