At Think Lightweight, our focus, passion, and what we really enjoy is applying lightweight engineering principles to traditional solid wood applications. Our goal is to replace heavier, harder wood material products with lightweight, more adaptable, and stronger hollowcore panel solutions.

We are pioneers in the field of lightweight technology specialization and have over twenty-eight years of experience. Our in-depth knowledge is based upon developing thousands of solutions to meet the demanding specifications of our clients and manufacturing millions of panels. Think Lightweight can help you in six ways:

WEIGHT REDUCTION
A solid wood panel is heavier and more expensive to ship, mount, and more prone to damages. Lighter is better.

STRENGTH TO WEIGHT RATION
Particle board will bend, sag, and deflect. A key advantage of lightweight structures is their strength to weight ratio. That means you have very high strength with minimal panel weight.

COST EFFECTIVENESS
Think Lightweight solutions can be up to 30% less expensive than solid wood panels.

CREATIVITY
Lightweight technologies are easier to customize and manufacture thereby improving your design creativity.

EASE OF HANDLING
The lighter the object, the easier it is to handle.

STABILITY AND CONSISTENCY
Stability and consistency refer to the panel straightness, flatness, and lineal consistency.
