Paula Wickham

Paula Wickham is an industry expert in first aid and pre-911 arrival emergency training, products, and technology. They formed Think Safe, Inc., which owns the First Voice product line and acts as an industry-leading integrator that helps close gaps in pre-911 emergency care for workplaces and organizations. They are a certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor and are a member of safety associations such as the National Safety Council and the Iowa EMS Association; they travel extensively to speak on innovations and technology within organizational first aid and emergency response programs. They have served as President of Think Safe, Inc. since 2004 and have held prior roles including Vice President at US Bank (1995-2009) and at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust (2002-2004), Director at Acceleration Management LLC (2006-2010), and President/Owner of MF INC dba Main Features (2002-2007). They attended Allamakee Community High School (1985-1988) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Sociology from the University of Iowa (1988-1992).
