Allison Frey

Allison Frey is an experienced Early Childhood Quality Coach at Think Small® since July 2021, with a strong background in early childhood education and program management. Previously, Allison held the role of Parent Aware Quality Coach and Child Care Assistance Consultant at Anoka County Community Action Program from April 2015 to June 2021. From March 2012 to April 2015, Allison served as the Preschool Site Director and School Age Care Lead Staff at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where responsibilities included program development, staff supervision, and achieving NAEYC accreditation. Allison also worked briefly as a Substitute Teacher with Teaching Temps and as a Day Camp Coordinator at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2011.
