Cisa Keller has extensive experience in the field of early childhood development and education. From 2000 to 2008, they served as a Child Care Center Director at New Horizon Academy, managing daily operations and implementing programs for over 100 families. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Director of Government and Community Relations at the same company, where they stayed until 2015. During this time, they worked on establishing relationships with government and community stakeholders. From 2009 to 2014, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University, St. Paul, instructing courses on early childhood education. In 2015, they joined Think Small® as the Director of Early Childhood Quality Development, overseeing the department's initiatives until 2017. Cisa then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Early Childhood Quality Development, where they were responsible for strategic direction, policy advocacy, and leadership until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Early Childhood Programs at Think Small®, overseeing government contracts and providing strategic direction.
Cisa Keller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology, Evolution and Animal Behaviors from the University of Minnesota, which was obtained from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University-St. Paul, from 2007 to 2008.
