Ryan Carroll

Ryan Carroll began their career in 2010 as an Antitank Missleman for the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sr. Operations Manager/Advisor. In 2018, they became a Full-Time Student at the University of Baltimore. In 2021, they began working as an Independent Management Consultant for various companies. In 2022, they joined Think as a Project Manager, Commercial Services. At Think, they work with medium and large mid-market customers, providing services such as technology and operations executive advisory and strategic development, technology and operations transformation, post-merger integration, venture and PE shared services support for portfolio companies, and strategic hiring support services for c-level and upper-level technical and operations management.

Ryan Carroll attended the University of Baltimore from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Law, and Ethics. Ryan also attended the University of Maryland from 2008 to 2010, but did not receive a degree. In 2012, they obtained a DoD Secret Security Clearance Eligible certification from the Department of Defense Central Adjudication Facility.
