Tom Engel

Tom Engel has worked in the field of project management for over 30 years. Tom began their career in 1987 as a Business Support Analyst for Mobil Oil Corporation. In 1996, they moved to Enron Corporation where they held roles as Manager of E-Commerce Support, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Test Lead. In 2002, they joined UBS as IT Director Business and Technology, where they worked on application support, testing, and change management. In 2005, they joined Constellation Energy as Vice President of Operations Readiness, leading business and systems readiness testing efforts. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Exelon Energy as IT Manager, Principal IT Architect, and Principal - Business Execution. In 2020, they became an Independent Consultant, providing project management consulting services. Currently, they are a Project Management Consultant for Think, a position they have held since 2022.

Tom Engel has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Marymount University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, Engel has obtained three certifications: Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the International Scrum Institute\u2122 in July 2020, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the International Six Sigma Institute\u2122 in July 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
