OUR APPROACH

Think Talent’s delivery model is unique to the recruitment industry and is inspired by the Helix Organisation, released in October 2019 by McKinsey. It leverages agile methodologies, human centred design, and iterative service development to improve customer experience delivery outcomes.

Our talent partners have deep subject matter expertise and exceptional job and candidate life-cycle management capability. Delivery is supported by talent intelligence, enabling strategic EVP development and innovative talent identification, attraction, and engagement activities.

Think Talent’s partnership ecosystem is a carefully selected group of technology and recruitment service providers that enable Think Talent to offer a specialist permanent and interim service experience coupled with enterprise delivery and risk management capability.
