Elaine Marr is the National Practice Leader at Think, LLP. Elaine has a vast experience in corporate real estate advisory services, location analysis, incentives negotiation, and real estate strategy. Elaine has worked at top accounting firms such as Deloitte and KPMG, specializing in comprehensive incentives management and state and local incentives consulting. Elaine holds a MPA in Public Administration from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from the same university.
