Ramona Black

Ramona Black is an accomplished Information Scientist at ThinkAnalytics, specializing in information management and metadata. Since November 2021, Ramona has managed core metadata thesauri, developed customer Metadata Analysis Reports, and created dashboards for data analysis, utilizing tools such as Excel and MySQL. Previously, Ramona served as a Discovery Manager at Sky from February 2016 to December 2020, providing second-tier support for SharePoint and Tableau, while managing content and access for critical business reporting. Additional experience includes roles at UW Medicine as a Web Information Specialist, where user research and web content management were key focuses, and PACCAR as a Records Management Administrator, where processes for records management were initiated. Ramona holds a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Information Technology and Instrumentation from Glasgow Caledonian University.
