Tom Phillips possesses extensive experience in system administration and customer support within the banking and technology sectors. Currently retired since August 2021, Tom previously worked as a System Administrator at Think Mutual Bank from April 2006, specializing in IBM i Systems management, including performance optimization, security, and high availability solutions. Prior to this, Tom served as a Senior Support Representative at Keane, Inc., offering support for IBM iSeries users. Tom's career began at IBM as an Associate Programmer. Tom holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science from Westminster University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
