Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mark is currently the Chief of Partnerships and Co-Founder at ThinkBig Networks, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief of Strategy and Development and Co-Founder at ThinkBig Networks from 2016 to 2022. ThinkBig Networks is a fiber to the home and business ISP, serving various counties in Maryland and with plans to expand further.

Earlier in their career, Mark was a Managing Partner at Litecast, LLC from 2002 to 2013. Mark played a crucial role in taking the company from a business plan to a successful ISP serving the Baltimore area. Litecast was eventually sold to Zayo in 2013.

Mark Wagner attended the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1985, they attended Guilford College and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government. Mark Wagner also holds a JD certification.
