Gabe Snashall

Gabe Snashall currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at ThinkBox Group, LLC., where strategic decision-making and collaboration with climate solution leaders drive high-impact opportunities. With experience spanning electrical engineering, renewable project management, sell-side origination, corporate development, M&A, venture investing, and management consulting, Gabe specializes in supporting seed, early, and growth-stage companies. Previously held the role of Climate Finance Manager at Raise Green, successfully sourcing investment deals and driving over $5 million in capital for sustainable projects. Earlier positions include special consultant at the International Monetary Fund and various roles within ThinkBox Group, contributing to significant advancements in carbon credit policy and sustainable energy practices. Military service includes being a Non-Commissioned Officer on the USS Pittsburgh. Gabe holds a Master of Environmental Science from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
