Minali Dhande is currently the Director of Talent Operations and Acquisition at thinkbridge, a position held since 2021. Previously, Minali served as the Practice Lead for Software Quality Control at thinkbridge from 2017 to 2019 and began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Magic Software Enterprises from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Minali worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Infosys from 2011 to 2013.
