Annie K.

Annie K. has extensive work experience in human resources and employee engagement. Annie currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at CCIG since June 2023. Prior to this role, Annie worked at Laramar Group as the Director of Talent Engagement from February 2022 to March 2023, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2019 to February 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for managing HR functions, coaching managers in employee relations, implementing new HR systems, leading performance management processes, and creating wellness initiatives. Before joining Laramar Group, Annie worked as a Snoozer Experience Manager at Snooze an A.M. Eatery, overseeing the employee experience and handling employee relations issues from June 2018 to November 2019. Annie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and Manager of the Mothership Experience at New Belgium Brewing, where they played key roles in building a new facility and managing a team responsible for guest experiences. Additionally, Annie has worked as a Senior Retail Specialist/Buyer at CorePower Yoga and as a Manager/Merchandiser/Buyer at White Balcony. Annie began their career as a Camp Counselor for the Camping Section at Camp Arcadia in 2005.

Annie K. began their education at Colorado State University in 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, as well as Gerontology in 2005. In 2008, they attended the Nosara Yoga Institute and completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program, specializing in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy. Annie K. also holds additional certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in July 2015, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in July 2015.
