Lisa Gardner currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Borden Henryville School Corporation since July 2020 and previously worked as a Reading Specialist and District Instructional Coach at West Clark Community Schools from July 2019 to July 2020. In the latter role, Lisa led the implementation of Indiana's Dyslexia law and contributed to the development of district-wide RTI protocols. Additionally, Lisa is the Director of School and District Success at ThinkCERCA, starting in February 2025. Academically, Lisa holds an Administrator’s license from Oakland City University and multiple degrees in education from Indiana University Southeast, including a Bachelor of Education in English Secondary Education and two Master of Education degrees.
