Joel Koerwer

Joel Koerwer is an experienced Optical Research Engineer currently working at ThinkCyte. Prior to their current position, Joel worked as an Optical Engineer at a semiconductor equipment manufacturer for over a decade, specializing in laser materials processing equipment design and measurement and analysis system design. Before that, Joel was a Lens Designer at Nalux Co. Ltd. Joel holds a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Nagoya University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from North Carolina State University.
