Kristy Young

Kristy Young is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Delivery Account Lead and Customer Success Manager at ELEVATE since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy worked as a Customer Success Manager at AltiSales from October 2021 to September 2022, and served as an English Second Language Tutor at LatinHire from June 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, Kristy gained experience as a Business Development Representative in Global Talent at AIESEC in Panama from September 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included prospecting and qualifying potential customers as well as conducting sales-focused meetings. Earlier in 2021, Kristy worked as an HR Inquiry Analyst at Huawei. Kristy holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
