Patrick Grady

Patrick Grady has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting in 1995 at Spear Leeds Capital Markets. Patrick worked in various roles, including trading assistant, market maker, special situations trader, and eventually becoming an Institutional Sales Trader. In 2002, they joined JNK Securities as a Senior Sales Trader, providing sales and trading coverage to a wide variety of institutional clients. Patrick then briefly worked as a Sales Trader at Tullett Prebon before returning to JNK Securities in 2005. At JNK Securities, they served as a Senior Sales Trader, covering a diverse client base consisting of small start-up hedge funds to multi-billion dollar institutional clients. In 2011, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Vice President, working in the Middle Markets Institutional Sales & Trading division, providing sales and trading services to a wide mix of institutional clients. In 2016, they moved to Jefferies as an SVP - Institutional Equity Sales & Trading, serving as a Sales Trader in the Cash Equities business and offering full-service sales and trading coverage to a wide range of institutional clients. In 2017, they joined Empire Asset Management Company as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at ThinkEquity LLC as a Senior Vice President.

Patrick Grady attended Xavier High School from 1984 to 1988, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued higher education at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 1989 to 1993. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
