Ben Couzens

Ben 'Cuz' Couzens is the co-founder of THINKERBELL, where they currently serve as the Founder, blending scientific inquiry with creativity to provide innovative solutions for brands. They have held several notable positions, including Executive Creative Director & Partner at Cummins&Partners and Senior Art Director at GPY&R. Ben's career in the creative industry began as an Art Director at FCB, and they later contributed their talents to various agencies before establishing THINKERBELL in 2017. In addition to their professional work, Ben is also the lead guitarist for the band Mammoth Mammoth, showcasing their passion for music. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from RMIT University, which they completed in 1999.
