Caitlin Spence is currently the Lead CX Thinker at Thinkerbell, focusing on customer strategy and transformation. They co-founded Rematched Market in 2023 to promote sustainable fashion by reducing waste. Caitlin has facilitated workshops at Climate Fresk from 2021 to 2023, aiming to educate others on climate change. Previously, they held various positions at Capgemini, where they contributed to sustainability initiatives and led the Women@Capgemini network, receiving several awards for their impactful work. Caitlin earned a Graduate Certificate in Environment and Climate Emergency from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from RMIT University.
