Keir Vaughan has extensive experience in various design roles. From 2022, they serve as the Head of Craft at Thinkerbell. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Director at Special Group Australia from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, Keir held the position of Senior Interaction Designer at B.B.E. Keir also had experience as a Senior Designer at CHEP Network from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at the National Gallery of Victoria from 2015 to 2017. Keir also worked in design and innovation consultancy roles, including as a Designer/Design Consultant from 2013 to 2015 for an Australian Childhood Trauma Group, and as a Design & Innovation Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in a Summer Residency with Future Partners in 2014, where they worked on various design tasks. Earlier in their career, from 2010 to 2012, Keir was the Director/Designer of The Brix Bistrot, an innovative Australian restaurant concept.

Keir Vaughan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from 2006 to 2009 at Swinburne University of Technology. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication Design from 2012 to 2014 at RMIT University, focusing on research, typography, and screen printing.
