Suzi Williamson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Suzi joined Thinkerbell in 2020 and currently serves as the Head Thinker (GAD). Prior to that, they worked at The Taboo Group as an Account Director from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Account Manager from 2018 to 2019. Suzi also held the position of Senior Account Manager at Leo Burnett from 2016 to 2018 and Account Manager at Leo Burnett Melbourne from 2015 to 2016. Suzi started their career as an Account Executive at Leo Burnett in 2014. Before entering the advertising field, Suzi gained experience as an Events and Marketing Intern at Plan.it Roxie in 2013 and as a Customer Service Officer at the Department of Human Services (Australia) from June to December 2013. Suzi also worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Deakin Management Centre from 2011 to 2013 and had a Sales & Marketing Work Experience at the same company for a brief period in 2013. Suzi has additional experience as a Student Journalist at World Model United Nations - Melbourne 2013 for a month and at The Geelong Advertiser for two months in 2011.
Suzi Williamson's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Belmont High School and completed their VCE with an ATAR of 97.85. Afterwards, they enrolled at RMIT University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) with a specialization in Journalism & Public Relations. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate Four in Frontline Management from Kaplan Education.
In 2014, Suzi pursued further education in the field of advertising and digital strategy. Suzi participated in the AdSchool Foundations program at the Communications Council and also completed a course in Digital Strategy from the same institution.
In 2016, Suzi briefly attended IPA for a course in Strategic Planning, focusing on advertising.
In addition to their formal education, Suzi obtained a certification as a NIDA Corporate Training Participant from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in April 2021.
