Thinkergy is a creative transformation company to empower CEOs, CIOs (Chief Innovation Officers), and CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers) to make their companies successfully ride the Sixth Wave of Technology Innovation. We're here to creatively empower the Sixth Wave ("6W") of Technology Innovation, with bases in Hong Kong, Bangkok, San Diego, and —soon to come— Singapore.

Thinkergy creatively supports:
- Renowned corporations in mature industries to TRANSFORM their entire business to avoid creative destruction.
- Corps in more dynamic industries to PIVOT their business model.
- New 6W-tech start-ups to CREATE a whopping 6W-product.
- 6W-Tech scale-Ups to GROW with innovative product extensions.

Thinkergy has developed a powerful innovation product system of 4 integrated innovation methods addressing the main corporate innovation challenges:
* X-IDEA: Creative process method and tools;
* TIPS: Talent & innovator profiling method;
* Genius Journey: Creative leadership development;
* CooL: Creative culture transformation.

Based on your 6W-innovation game plan (Create, Grow, Pivot, or Transform), we create tailor-made innovation solution bundles (thoughtware, training, projects, licensing, and outsourcing solutions) linked to our 4 innovation methods (X-IDEA, TIPS, Genius Journey, and Cool). Thus, we cater our innovation know-how to your innovation needs.

For almost 2 decades, Thinkergy has successfully supported innovation initiatives in MNCs, SMEs & Agencies, GOs & NGOs, and Tech Ventures across industries and the globe.
We have worked with BMW, Nestlé, BASF, Bayer, Covestro, Continental, Kimberly-Clark, DHL, Mattel, Merck, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Greenpeace, and UNICEF, among others.
Research studies, an international award, and more than 150 successful innovation projects confirm that our innovation methods and solutions are highly effective — and the smiles, energy, and joy we create in our events testify that we deeply touch creative hearts & minds.
