Bill McCabe

Bill McCabe possesses extensive experience in recruitment and sales within the Internet of Things (IoT) and professional services sectors. Since April 1999, Bill has served as a Recruiter and Headhunter at SoftNet Search Partners LLC / IOTRecruiter, specializing in building high-performance sales teams and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates. In addition to this role, Bill has been an Advisory Board Member at Thinkers360 since October 2017, assisting in influencer relationship management for leading brands. Previous experience includes serving as a Contract Sourcing Recruiter for IBM Global Services and as Director of Recruiting at FRX Software. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Creighton University.
