Gemma Shepherd

Gemma Shepherd is the Director of Development at ThinkForward UK, where they currently lead initiatives aimed at service expansion. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Development and Fundraising at Making Space Charity and Assistant Director of Business Development at Barnardo's, focusing on emotional health services for children and young people. With extensive experience in business development and service delivery across various client groups, Gemma also managed growth initiatives at Community Integrated Care and Creative Support. They hold a BA in Linguistics and Sociology from The University of Manchester and have pursued additional qualifications in strategic management and fundraising.
