Teila Evans

Teila Evans currently serves as Head of Partnerships & Community at ThinkHuman and is actively involved in sales at Kanda Group, while also being a member of Sistas In Sales, a community dedicated to supporting Women of Color in sales. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. Sales Trainer & Facilitator at Transition Overwatch and Head of Partnerships at tEQuitable, where efforts focused on driving systemic change in workplace equity. At Flockjay, Teila contributed as Manager of Partnerships, expanding premier partner accounts and creating a partnership that significantly enhanced student placement. Additionally, Teila has held foundational roles at Envoy and Intercom, where contributions included establishing employee resource groups and leading sales initiatives. Teila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Washington University.
