Josh Tenby

Josh Tenby currently serves as the VP of Sales at Thinkific since September 2025. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of VP of Sales at Rise.ai from August 2023 to September 2025, where the sales strategy was spearheaded with a focus on Shopify Plus brands. Josh also significantly contributed to Transmit Security as the VP Global Inside Sales from August 2020 to October 2022, where a global inside sales organization was built, achieving a fourfold increase in sales-qualified opportunities. At Lusha.com, as the Head of Commercial Sales from October 2018 to August 2020, Josh revamped the commercial sales strategy, leading to a 350% growth in new MRR. Earlier experience includes serving as VP Global Sales at Lightico, managing sales activities in key sectors. Josh holds a BA(hons) degree in Politics and History from Leeds Beckett University.
