Nilly McCaffery

Nilly McCaffery has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Manager of People and Learning Programs at Thinkific since April 2021, where Nilly has progressed through various roles including Senior Talent Development Partner. Prior experience includes leadership positions at PayByPhone, Westport Fuel Systems, Roadhouse Interactive, The Centre for Drug Research and Development, Rocky Mountaineer, and Perkins+Will. Nilly's expertise encompasses employee relations, talent management, training program development, and recruitment, with significant contributions to enhancing HR processes and organizational culture across multiple sectors. Nilly holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Vancouver Community College and furthered studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
