Paul Jeffery

Paul Jeffery is an experienced professional in fraud and risk management, currently serving as the Payments Team Lead at Thinkific since October 2021. In this role, Paul oversees Payment Operations and leads a Fraud and Risk team focused on reducing fraud and financial losses. Prior to Thinkific, Paul worked at Shopify as a Merchant Fraud & Risk Management Analyst and at Veem as a Fraud Analyst, where Paul played a key role in evaluating new clients for compliance. Earlier experience includes positions as an AML Compliance and Risk Analyst at Accu-Rate Corporation and varied customer service roles. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
