Gobinath D has extensive experience in food biotechnology and product development, beginning as a Project Assistant at CFTRI from June 2007 to March 2010, where Gobinath contributed to a DRDO-funded project on bioactive xylooligosaccharides. Following this, Gobinath held several positions at Thinking Forks Consulting from December 2020 to December 2022, including R&D Project Manager and Senior Development Associate, focusing on new product development for notable clients and managing projects from market surveys to commercialization. Prior roles include serving as a Development Associate and CSIR-Senior Research Fellow at CSIR-CFTRI, and as a Senior Research Fellow at Cochin University. Gobinath holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from PSG College of Arts and Science, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from NGM College under Bharathiar University, and a PhD in Food Biotechnology from the Central Food Technological Research Institute. Currently, Gobinath is engaged with Thinking Forks in a leadership role as Platform Technology Manager and Associate Director.
