Hector Robles is the founder and director of Honest Strategy, a company dedicated to supporting unconventional entrepreneurs in achieving their passions sustainably since 2010. In addition to this role, Hector serves as a professor at ESIC Business & Marketing School, where instruction focuses on transformative leadership, customer experience, and digital business. As founder and director of domo., Hector leads honest business transformation for medium and large companies, fostering innovative cultures. Recognized as one of Spain's top speakers, Hector also mentors entrepreneurs through AMCES and The Heroes Club, while contributing to the Advanced Leadership Foundation as a leader in innovation and circular economy. A free improvisation and jazz musician, Hector has participated in various musical projects and delivered a TEDx talk exploring the parallels between improvisation and organizational innovation. Educational qualifications include an Industrial Design Engineering degree from Universitat Jaume I and certification as a Cultural Transformation Tools consultant.
