Isabel Garro

Isabel G. serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer for EMEA at Votorantim Cimentos since November 2023, while also functioning as a Professional Speaker with Thinking Heads and an Associate Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and IE Business School. Isabel co-founded 3A4B, and previously held significant roles such as Global Sustainability Leadership Manager at ACCIONA and Special Adviser for the Agenda 2030 at the Spanish Government. Isabel was the Founding Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact Network Spain, leading various organizational facets. Educational credentials include an MBA from Brown University and IE Business School, along with executive education from notable institutions such as Harvard and IESE Business School.
