Jonathan McIntosh, CPC, is a Partner at ThinkingAhead Executive Search, specializing in connecting passionate leaders with nonprofit organizations in sectors including Arts and Humanities, Environmental Conservation, Social Entrepreneurship, and Faith-based Nonprofits. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Jonathan previously served as Lead Pastor at Christ City Church, where a thriving congregation was established, and directed various initiatives, including the co-founding of The Civil Pour. Jonathan also founded Rethink Mission, served as Teaching Pastor at The Journey, and held roles at Reason and Lawndale Presbyterian Church. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Missouri Baptist University and the University of Mississippi.
