Ryan Rasmussen

Ryan Rasmussen is an experienced executive recruiter at ThinkingAhead Executive Search since April 2022. Previously, Ryan served as Lead Pastor at First Christian Church - Canton from February 2014 to January 2022, where Ryan guided the church to become one of the nation's fastest-growing congregations, communicated the organizational vision, and managed a staff of over 120. Prior roles include Teaching Pastor at Rocky Church from June 2008 to January 2014, where Ryan was the primary communicator and provided pastoral counseling, and Student Pastor at Fairfield Christian Church from June 2004 to June 2008, where Ryan established and oversaw a successful student ministry program. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Youth & Family Ministry from Kentucky Christian University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
