Patrick Daggitt

Patrick Daggitt has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Patrick began as a Freelance Motion Graphics Artist and worked with various companies such as Noise Digital, MTV, and Michael Smith Foundation until 2014. In 2011, they served as a Promo Producer for Knowledge Network Corporation and TVOntario. Moving forward, they joined Generate Software Inc in 2013, where they held multiple roles including AGILE Project Management, iOS & OpenGL Developer, and Activation Producer. Patrick then worked at Enroot Meals On Demand as an iOS Developer and UX Designer from June 2015 to November 2015. In 2013, Patrick also started freelancing as a Creative Technologist, involved in Technical Design for art installation and audio-visual performance projects across Canada, with specific works presented at ISEA 2015, Blend Fest 2015, and Scotiabank Nuit Blanche Toronto 2012. Patrick further expanded their creative technologist role when they joined Go2 Productions Inc as a Creative Technologist from December 2015 to May 2019. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Head of Innovation at Thinkingbox, starting in May 2022.

Patrick Daggitt has a Bachelor's Degree in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University. Patrick completed their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2010. After that, Patrick pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Digital Media from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Patrick graduated from this program in 2012.
