Scott Oman is an experienced operations executive with a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at IPA™ since May 2024, Scott has held various leadership positions including Director of Manufacturing Operations at sonnen, Inc. from July 2022 to May 2024, and Director of Operations at Fischer Connectors from May 2016 to June 2022. Previous roles encompass Division Operations Manager at Rexel, Director of Operations at Case-Mate, Plant Manager at Rexam, and several management positions at CommScope, including Specialty Product Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt. Scott's early career includes a management role at Avery Dennison. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia.
