Stephen has worked in various roles such as Lead Implementation Engineer, Senior Information Support Technician, Field Service Engineer, Tier 2 Help Desk Support, and Communications Technician. Stephen has experience in configuring servers, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing technical support to customers. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration. Currently, Stephen is preparing for the PMP exam.
