Alyssa Darden, MHI, currently serves as a Senior Application Specialist at ThinkLP, where extensive experience includes leading over 16 B2B SaaS implementation projects for enterprise retail clients, optimizing operations through Salesforce Flows, and delivering customized risk and loss prevention solutions. Previous roles include an Application Specialist at Accenture, where Alyssa managed the phased rollout of a SaaS solution across 40+ hospitals, and a Professional Consultant at Gevity, overseeing a biometrics software migration for 90+ long-term care homes. Additionally, significant contributions were made as a Clinical Informatics Analyst at Verto Health, managing over 21 health technology implementations, and as an RN at Homewood Health, focusing on older adults with dementia and psychiatric disorders.
