Roger Orde

Roger Orde is an experienced executive in customer success and business operations, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at ThinkLP and as a Venture Advisor at Storytime Capital. Previously, Roger held senior leadership roles at Vidyard as SVP of Customer Experience, where focus was on video performance solutions; NewsCred as SVP of Global Customer Success, overseeing significant team scaling; and Hootsuite Media Inc. as VP of Global Customer Success and Training. Roger’s extensive background also includes positions at IBM/Algorithmics as Global Head of Financial Risk Analytics and leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions and Necho Systems. Roger studied at Ryerson University.
