Mourad Askar

Mourad Askar is an accomplished data science and analytics professional, currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Analytics at ThinkMarkets since January 2022. Previously, Mourad worked as a Graduate Assistant at DePaul University, aiding students in Data Science and Machine Learning. As a Co-Founder of Virgin Gates, Mourad led product management and data analytics efforts, notably launching the SURVV delivery platform and developing key performance dashboards. At ITWORX Education, Mourad held the position of Products Portfolio Manager, overseeing a product strategy that contributed significantly to the company's revenue. Early career experiences include roles at ITWorx and Raya Software, where Mourad focused on software engineering and project delivery for various regions. Mourad holds a Master of Science in Data Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
