Craig T. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to technology and business consulting. Craig started their career in the US Army and then worked as a computer technician at Emtec Inc. and as a network administrator at General Physics Corporation. Craig later served as a computer systems manager at Schweizerhall Pharmaceuticals and as a general manager at BRCS Inc., where they implemented processes and standards to improve sales and service.

From 2006 to 2012, Craig worked as a network analyst and infrastructure/systems specialist at Synesis Intl, where they played a crucial role in implementing virtualization and thin-client computing to reduce costs. Craig then worked as a business and technology consultant, assisting organizations in maximizing their technology investments across various industries.

From 2012 to 2020, Craig worked at Zap Technology as a senior BI consultant, product trainer, and senior support lead, responsible for deploying and implementing BI and data management systems. Currently, they are working at Thinkmax as a senior consultant, data modeling instructor, and Azure Data Systems support, where they handle deployments, implementation, and training for data and BI systems.
