Stephan Mondou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephan began their career at Kraft General Foods as a Process Operator while completing their Computer Science degree. Stephan then worked at Selitec/Profitkey as an ERP Project Manager/Consultant, responsible for project implementation and support. Stephan later joined Barry-Callebaut Inc. as an IS Manager for North America, overseeing application software, architecture, support, and enhancements.

In 2004, they joined The Createch Group as a Fellow - SAP Senior Consultant, working on various SAP implementation projects and supporting internal consultants and SAP Corp customers. Stephan then moved on to West Monroe Partners as a Senior Manager in the Enterprise practice, where they led engagements and drove growth and profitability for the Canadian division. Stephan specialized in areas such as SAP solutions, CIO advisory services, and M&A due diligence.

In 2011, Stephan joined Velan Inc. as the Vice-President of Information Technologies, responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company's business growth objectives. Stephan was a member of the Senior Management Team and oversaw IT resources and budgets worldwide.

Stephan's most recent experience includes roles at Microsoft, where they held various positions related to Business Applications, Data, and Artificial Intelligence. Stephan served as the National Partner Sales Manager, Sales Leader, and National Sales Manager, responsible for advising and enabling customers on their digital transformation journey. Stephan also devised and executed growth strategies for Microsoft Business Applications in the Canadian market.

Currently, Stephan is working at Thinkmax as the V-P of Business Development for the USA, focusing on driving business growth and development for the company.
